I’ve taken a few prenatal yoga classes before, but Nicole’s class is my favorite by far.

I really appreciate that Nicole is a mom and has been pregnant. You can tell she understands how our bodies are changing and guides us in a way that feels safe and supportive. I’ve been in classes before where the instructor had never been pregnant, and sometimes things just didn’t feel right.

Another thing I love is that she shares a message or focus in each class about coping tools and preparing for labor. I’ve taken birth classes, and so much of what she teaches reinforces what I’ve learned there. It feels like such an added bonus on top of the physical practice.
